GOOGLE ANALYTICS

This is a web analytics service provided by google inc which uses cookies to show us how visitors found and explored our site, and how we can enhance their experience. It provides us with information about the behaviour of our visitors (eg how long they stayed on the site, the average number of pages viewed) and also tells us how many visitors we have had.

GOOGLE+, FACEBOOK, LINKEDIN, TWITTER

These are social media networks who make their API available to us in order to give you the option of using their credentials as an identifier to log you into xxx.mycrams.com. If you have chosen to allow them to do this, you will have accepted their own cookie policies, please refer to their specific documents in order to find out more.

HOTJAR

This is a third party website which we use to allow you to more easily send us feedback on our site.

APRELOADER

This is a small application which displays the page loading panel .

MYCRAMS

We use cookies to track which language preferences you have selected if you are using the Gtranslate function. This saves you having to repeatedly select your preferred language when viewing our site. We use session cookies to allow us to show you the correct content (based on the occupation group which has been configured by your employer) whilst you are using our site.
